Chinese/French tutor with 5 years of private teaching experience

I have a strong interest in foreign languages. I taught myself French in 8 months in high school and got the Delf B2 certificate, then went to study in France. After a year of living and studying, I obtained the highest level Dalf C2 degree. I have a keen sense of the authentic expressions/street slang used by locals, and I am happy to learn languages from film, television, music and culture. I think humor is the biggest driving force for learning a language, and I like to make people around me laugh. From the moment I could joke with French people, I found that my French had become an indispensable part of my identity.

Aside from my French proficiency and standard pronunciation (I scored 40 out of 50 in the Dalf C2 oral exam), I really enjoy incorporating humor into my teaching methods. I like exploring "nonsensical" memorization techniques, connecting knowledge points to current "hot topics," making learning fun for my students.
At the same time, I have a solid grasp of grammar and sentence structure, which enables me to quickly and accurately teach students how to correctly compose sentences to achieve expression.
Because I learned French on my own, I can apply the principle of "give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime," enabling students to quickly grasp the general concepts of a foreign language and acquire efficient learning methods, allowing them to continuously improve themselves outside the classroom.

My goal is for students to learn to form French sentences and express themselves simply within five lessons. Note that this is not about memorization, but about being able to express meaning independently.
Starting from the sixth lesson, we will gradually use French rap, short videos, comedy, movies, and even novels to aid our learning, so that we can learn the language and experience the culture at the same time, integrating French into our lives.
This is specifically for students who intend to study in France. My goal is to pass the B2 exam within one year, be able to communicate with locals to a basic level within six months, and master some authentic expressions to integrate into French society without barriers.
